Artstation Just Announced FAB.com

which will merge Arstation Marketplace, Sketcfab, UE Marketplace, and Quixel Megascanes into one, FAB.com big Market

and the First question of course "What will be with Artstation Marketplace here ?"

the answer I found on FAB.com - "Creators offering free or paid products across UE Marketplace, Sketchfab, and the ArtStation Marketplace will be able to continue selling on those platforms during Fab’s Alpha period. Later this year, UE Marketplace, Quixel, Sketchfab, and ArtStation Marketplace will all roll up into one destination: Fab. Many of their product features will be integrated into Fab to create a unified experience that brings together our best features and creator communities." 

What does it mean "Will all roll up into one destination"? does it mean that there will be no Arstation Marketplace anymore?  or Artstation marketplaces' content will be featured also in Fab.com? 

I don’t even know what to expect, is it for the better or not?

how is this transformation going to be done?

and what will happen to the system familiar to us, on which we have been working for several years? 

There are a lot of questions that are not clear to me at this moment since, I have been an active creator on this platform for a very long time, and it's my full-time job, maybe it will be better to give creators like me, more detailed information to know what to expect from Arstation in future.?

A "pauldron" or "spaulder" is a piece of armor that covers the shoulder, typically worn on the non-dominant side of the body to allow for greater freedom of movement in the arm and shoulder. It is a common element of medieval and fantasy armor designs, and can be made of various materials such as metal, leather, or even chain mail. Pauldrons were designed to protect the shoulder and upper arm from sword strikes and other forms of blunt force. The pauldron was usually worn in conjunction with other body armor such as a breastplate, backplate or chain mail. Pauldrons can also be decorated with different designs, symbols, or colors to indicate rank, affiliation, or status.

AI WATERMARK GENERATOR

HOW DOES IT WORK?
AI generators use a Python library to embed an invisible watermark on the generated images. Since it's INSIDE the image, NOT on the image, it's invisible to the human eyes, but visible to the AI bots when scraping the internet for collecting images for their database/training.
This watermark is able to withstand multiple attacks (noise, brightness, overlay, mask).
The purpose of this watermark is for filtering out AI-generated images in the future to avoid them being used in training new AI models.

OUR WATERMARK GENERATOR
We created this watermark generator in order to protect our future artworks. AI-generated images preferably are avoided to be included in the dataset as well in AI training, because human-made images/photos are more beneficial for deep learning. This generator puts the exact same watermark that they use, thus it will create a shield against theft. If the AI bots come across our image while scraping online, they will recognize the watermark and mistake the image for another AI-generated image, and the artwork will not be usable because the watermarked image cannot be distinguished from AI-generated images.

This app runs on Windows, the Mac version comes soon too. It generates a watermark on the artwork and saves it with a _wm suffix.
